Service Delivery Support

A Service Delivery Support person is required for this well-established International Consulting Company that offers specialist Business & IT advice. The primary focus of this role is the day to day business associated with the output from the clients Infrastructure and providing support to the 'Service Delivery Management' team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain management information systems which is used for resource planning, attendance management and revenue forecasting
- Generate reports from management information systems associated with client assignments, staff holidays / sickness and cover management for my clients infrastructure consulting staff and associated client sites
- Maintain management information systems to provide a true and accurate reflection of Infrastructure Services staff assignments

The ideal candidate for this role must possess excellent communication skills, have the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, and have good organisation / administrative skills. Knowledge of SAP systems is required.
