Experienced IT Recruitment Consultant- Unique Opportunity
Based only minutes from London's Gherkin Building a new and innovative IT Recruitment Company are actively seeking two experienced recruitment consultants to head up a new IT permanent recruitment division. Although the Company has only been in operation for 2 years it is already turning over 500k per month working with a number of prestigious clients within the financial services including Goldman Sach's, JP Morgan and Deutsche Bank.
Working with candidates from mid to higher range IT sector you will need to have a full and comprehensive understanding of the IT industry. You will be expected to build and maintain your client relationships by gaining a full understanding of each of their requirements. There is huge earning potential with current consultants all on target to do 100K+ this year.
To be a success within this role you will be a proven biller within the IT recruitment industry, you will be competitive, conscientious, self motivated, driven, intelligent, engaging and possess excellent communication skills.
