Learning and Development Officer


Learning and Development Officer

Learning and Development Officer / Training Officer needed for a top law firm. As Learning and Development Officer / Training Officer you will be involved with: personal and professional development, business development training, team development, individual coaching, new joiner training and IT skills development. The Learning and Development Officer / Training Officer will be responsible for co-ordinating and delivering the firm's core skill programmes; delivering and reviewing the induction process, identifying external trainers/speakers where necessary, particularly for business development and legal technical training, in addition the Learning and Development Officer / Training Officer will be responsible for co-ordinating compliance training and all departmental off-site conferences.

As Learning and Development Officer / Training Officer you will have at least 12 months' experience in a training role, preferably within a Professional Services environment. You will have experience designing and delivering core/soft skills training with a creative and flexible approach to designing and delivering training, some experience of diversity initiatives would be an advantage. The Learning and Development Officer / Training Officer will preferably be CIPD qualified (or have a similar training related qualification).
