Top tier law firm with European and International connections has an exciting opening in their Cheltenham Office for a Corporate/Commercial Solicitor at NQ - 2 years' PQE.
The firm pride themselves on their customer service and strive to offer excellent, yet cost effective advice across the board.
Main duties to include drafting and negotiating sale and purchase, as well as shareholder agreements, dealing with company secretarial work, carrying out due diligence, assisting with corporate advisory tasks for existing clients (under supervision) and working with the wider team generally across the Practice.
The ideal candidate will have gained technical expertise in their Corporate/Commercial legal training, be commercially aware, possess excellent interpersonal skills and be highly computer literate.
