Our client is a provider of high quality business solutions centered around training and performance coaching that is geared towards increasing and sustaining business performance. Through their in-house and on-site services they are well positioned to deliver the very best in performance, sales, strategy and management training to both the SME and corporate sectors. Due to continued growth and an ever expanding portfolio of products our client now requires an additional sales executive to join their London based team.
As a sales executive you will have access to the entire portfolio of training solutions and an open remit to develop business throughout London and the South East. The role will require the generation of leads through networking, referrals and business development although you can expect to receive company generated database gathered through extensive marketing, conferences and exhibitions. With order values of 1-100k and lead times of 2-3 months you will be liaising at a senior level across all business sectors in this exciting sales position.
The ideal candidate will be of graduate calibre and posses 18-24 months business to business sales experience. Ideally you may have previously sold training solutions and although this is not a prerequisite it would be desirable. Alternatively, you will have previous experience of solution based selling into both the SME and Corporate sector. You will have excellent communication and presentation skills, a high degree of self motivation and the drive required to follow through on generated opportunities.
The successful candidate can expect a negotiable basic of 22-24k with an uncapped and very realistic first year OTE of 44-48k. Additionally there is an excellent benefits package on offer.
