Due to growth they now have an exciting opening for a Sales and Marketing Manager to be based at their Harlow head office.
As an internally based Sales and Marketing Manager you will lead and drive various teams taking ultimate responsibility for sales and marketing functions. Responsibilities will involve the competent management of revenue, headcount, data and P&L. You will oversee both internal and external teams covering both new acquisition and an installed account base of some 50,000+ companies. Further information on budgets and targets will be made available to suitable candidates.
Applications are invited from candidates with a minimum of 3-4 years business to business sales leadership experience. It would be advantageous to have gained this experience in a Fortune 500 or blue chip company. This role is best suited to a grad calibre individual with solid communication, presentation and leadership skills. You will be process driven, target orientated and a natural leader with highly rated motivational skills.
The successful candidate will receive a basic salary of 37-52k with an uncapped OTE of 65-80k in the first year plus an additional executive benefits package.
