Our client is a successful and growing Software Solutions Company that develops and delivers cost effective solutions than enable companies to improve operational efficiency. With a growing corporate customer base and a strong presence in the Manufacturing, Distribution, Logistics, Financial and Professional Services sectors they are experiencing continued growth and now have an exciting opening for a Business Development Manager to cover the South East from their Hertfordshire head office.

As an experienced Business Development Manager you will sell process management software solutions and related services to prospect corporate and blue-chip customers. You will manage sales through lead qualification, forecasting, resource allocation, account strategy, mapping and planning, which will include the development of solution proposals encompassing all aspects of available business applications. You can expect average order values to be high with lengthy sales cycles that vary with every solution sold.

The ideal Candidate will be educated to degree level, have a technical understanding and posses a minimum of 3-4 years b2b software solution sales experience. Candidates must be results-driven with ability to sell large scale software solutions to blue-chip and corporate clients through projecting a positive and professional attitude. The successful candidate must be able to effectively communicate with internal and external clients through all available mediums and have a proven ability to negotiate pricing and contractual terms to close sales.

The successful candidate can expect a base salary of 40-45k with an uncapped OTE of 80-90k plus an additional benefits package.
