Sales Support Administrator


My Client is a leading firm of UK Independent Financial Advisers and is now seeking a Sales Support Administrator who has experience of dealing with Financial Services Administration.

The purpose of the role is to accurately process all related mortgage/investment new business ensuring details are recorded within the back office system. Build relationships with clients and consultants, providing the necessary details and information concerning new business and any servicing information that may be required.

In addition you will actively keep diary systems up to date to ensure deadlines are met. Ensure any documentation is completed and client files are maintained in good order with the necessary compliance documentation logged you will also ensure Commission and Fees are recorded accurately and credited to the relevant consultant.

As the successful candidate you will be a team player and someone that can work on their own initiative. Good communication skills would be an advantage as well as background experience within an IFA environment. In addition FPC or equivalent qualifications preferred but not essential.

This role is based in Hampshire and offers an excellent salary and benefits package.

Salary:
£18000 - £20000 per annum + excellent benefits
