Trainee Corporate Pensions Administrator
My Client is a Benefits Consultants organisation based in London and is currently seeking two Trainee Corporate Pensions Administrators to be part of a team providing third party administration services for both Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution Schemes.
You will be responsible for providing quotations and processing claims following termination of employment (refunds, PUPs, transfers, retirements, deaths and opters out) as well as ensure suitable discharges and proof of age is obtained before settlements of claims are made and that at all times Revenue limits are adhered to.
Because of the changing nature of our clients business, your job description will inevitably evolve. You will, from time to time, be required to undertake other activities of a similar nature that fall within your capabilities as directed by management.
Candidates will possess a good working knowledge of DB, DC and death benefit arrangements for occupational scheme administrators, have a general understanding of other arrangements e.g. SIPPS, S32, CPAs, PHI, CI as well as current legislation (FA and PA 2004).
To succeed you must be able to work as part of a team dealing with multiple clients, have good telephone communication skills and converse with all levels, members, clients, industry professionals etc. You will have the ability to construct concise and technically accurate written communications and have accuracy in calculations.
Salary: £17000 - £20000 per annum + excellent benefits
