Business Analyst
My client is a global consulting firm based in Surrey who is now seeking a Business Analyst to work closely with the business teams to identify, challenge and fully document business requirements.
You will act as the interface between the business and the core development for core and generic system enhancements and work directly with the business to capture and document new changes to generic core business requirements. This involves being able to question and validate what the users are asking (using domain knowledge of the particular area).
Candidates must have previous experience within a Business analysis role for DC/DB corporate admin business, working knowledge of the systems functions and experience of having gathered and documented large business change or new systems implementation programs. Previous involvement in a number of medium to large systems changes projects simultaneously with dependent impact advantageous.
Business requirements writing skills is essential as well as an understanding of corporate pensions business, data ownership and data process flows between related business functions e.g. HR, pensions, payroll, flex.

Salary: £30000 - £35000 per annum + excellent benefits
