What you will be doing
Reporting to the Group Financial Reporting and Investor Relations Manager in a high profile role, the purpose of the role is as follows:
Preparation of listed standard Group Financial Statements under IFRS (subsidiary accounts currently prepared under UK GAAP) for full year and half year reporting
Prepare Group Report & Accounts
Prepare board and committee reporting
Preparation of communication with external investors including forecasts and briefing on historic information
Preparation of communication to rating agencies
Technical input to all reporting
To work on projects and research the effect of business transactions on the Group accounts under IFRS and subsidiary accounts under UK GAAP.
What they are looking for
You must be someone from a Big 4 with 2 ? 4 years PQE (with listed company audit experience) or an ACA/ACCA who has left practice with 2-4 years PQE with listed company experience.
You should have IFRS experience (preferably in financial services but not essential).
Be a good team player.
Have excellent presentation and communication skills.
Salary: £60000 - £75000 per annum
