There is the immediate need for a Senior Consultant or experienced Manager to take over the running of a successful branch for one of the UK's leading Educational Recruitment Companies. This is an ideal opportunity for anyone who wants to move away from billing and focus on managing the success of a close nit team of 5 consultants.
As a branch manager, you will be given the responsibility of managing 5 experienced consultants with a view to growing the division as time proceeds. With the companies ambitious expansion plans for 2008 / 2009 you will have full encouragement and support to grow and expand the team as you see fit. During this period, as a manager you will be tasked with managing, motivating and delegating your consultants whilst ensuring overall individual and team targets are hit throughout the business. Due to the autonomy offered for this position, you can bring your own management style to the business and as long as they are results driven you can target and motivate your staff with the tools you see fit.
To be successful you will be an experienced Senior Consultant or Divisional Manager looking for that step up in your career. You will have a successful track record of managing staff, combined with a results driven style motivation to succeed. You will preferably have a strong understanding of the Educational Recruitment Sector, and the ability to hit the ground running in such an environment.
If successful you will be fast tracked into Managing the Head Branch for one of the UK's leading Educational Recruitment Companies. Although you will have the option to bill personally ? your responsibilities will be based around ensuring your teams billing success and driving the business forward. You will be given further training on team management and motivation, but ultimately you will have the experience to manage and motivate staff in a way you have succeeded in the past. You will also be entitled to a generous package of up to 45K on the basic salary, combined with a lucrative bonus package for your team hitting targets.
