Trainee IT Recruitment Sales- Canary Wharf
Based only minutes from Canary Wharf a recent opening has become available for two sales focused Graduates to join as the company looks to expand its existing recruitment team. Within this role you will be placing a wide range of IT professionals into a number of corporate Finance and Legal Organisations.
The job will provide training, which in the first 2 weeks will involve an induction learning all aspects of recruitment, ranging from advertising to screening candidates, to generating new business and closing deals. Once you have completed the training, you will have the chance to work on a range of assignments while shadowing and learning from some of the companies' top billing consultants.
Working with some of the biggest names in the billion pound finance and legal sectors, you will have the opportunity to place a broad range of IT professionals from help desk support, java developers and project managers with salaries ranging from 20 up to 100k plus.
To be successful you will be a sales focused graduate with a strong business-to-business sales background. In addition you will possess strong communication skills, be confident, engaging, pro active and be able to think outside of the box!
