Due to continued expansion and the recent acquisition of a leading competitor this international professional services organisation is looking for a Graduate Recruitment Manager to head up and drive forward it's Graduate Recruitment function. The organisation is expanding rapidly and so this is an exciting time to join the firm in a position regarded as pivotal to it's future continued growth.
Duties will include, but not be limited to :-
Co-ordinate the strategy, logistics and execution of all on campus recruitment for the target Universities
Maintain the relationship with High Fliers and use their research to enhance the graduate offering and continue relations with other providers e.g. Milkround on-line etc
Assist in designing and implementing the marketing strategy to stakeholders (including students) to promote the Firm's brand and profile in the graduate market to attract the highest calibre applicants
Develop strong links with Universities through relationships with Careers Services, delivery of presentations, skills workshops etc to attract students to attend open days, recruitment fairs and in house presentations
Keep abreast of graduate recruitment activity in the marketplace through attendance at relevant graduate recruitment briefings
Liaise with Marketing /Communications to develop the website as required, resolve technical issues arising on the website identify and implement improvements
Work with National Communications to produce presentations, advertisements, brochures and any other media related matters such as graduate publications and poster distribution as required
Monitor the graduate recruitment expenditure and provide a monthly update to the HRD on the budget
