This is a fantastic opportunity in a Greenfield sight for the right Senior ETL Developer in SQL Server 2005 to have a real impact on the IT strategy of the business particularly within the datawarehouse.
My client is a leading city institution with a really long history, they offer a fantastic-working environment, they are currently re-invigorating all there IT functions, with over 50,000 project hours planned next year including major projects for the Senior ETL developer working in a SQL Server 2005 datawarehouse.
The responsibilities of the Senior ETL developer are to work hand in hand with ETL Architect to design and develop new ETL policies for Datawarehouse based around SQL Server 2005. You will take responsibility for a wide variety of functions and the role will also offer the opportunity for career advancement to architect.
To be considered for this ETL datawarehouse developer role, you will need to have an excellent understanding of the following technologies: - ETL, SSIS, SQL 2005, SQL 2000 and OLTP/OLAP technologies, experience in design is essential. As well as a good understanding of datawarehouse Principals e.g., Kimball or Erwin.
The package for this role includes a basic salary of between Circa £50 ? 55,000 10 to 15% Annual Bonuses and a range of other benefits.
Salary: £50000 - £55000 per annum
