The Company:
Our client is a fast growing and well-respected organisation, who is currently looking to recruit a Senior Marketing Manager for their office in West London.
The Role:
The role involves the management and strategic planning of acquisitions and direct marketing activities.
-Lead strategic planning and implementation of acquisition plans
-Manage own campaign targets, monitor and adapt plans to meet business objectives and identify market trends.
-Ensure timely distribution of reporting and analysis
-Manage relationships with 3rd party agencies to maximise spend and performance
-Lead the team to develop campaigns in order to create growth
-Oversee data supply strategy for outbound telemarketing
-Develop strong relationships and communication with stakeholders to understand requirements
-Ensure all activities are undertaken within agreed budget
Candidate Profile:
You will be responsible for managing, motivating and developing a team of 4 people. You will have to be degree educated ideally with a post-graduate qualification in Marketing combined with at least 5 years commercial or direct marketing experience. Experience in managing a team and 3rd party agencies is fundamental and so are excellent interpersonal and analytical skills. As you will be working in a team you need to be a team player and self starter with a "hands on" attitude.
Salary/Additional Information:
The salary for this position is up to £45,000 pa, plus benefits and bonus. Working hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm.
