Financial Controller
The Investment Banking arm of this AIM listed Corporate Finance boutique seeks a Financial Controller to join the team. You will be responsible for the accounting for the parent company, and review of the management results for three regulated subsidiary companies (investment bank, commodities trading and asset management) and consolidation of the results to IFRS. You will also be responsible for overseeing all regulatory reporting - more specifically monitoring capital adequacy; and preparation of the ICAAP in line with Pillar 2 for CRD implementation. The opportunity also exists for the successful candidate to introduce a more sophisticated treasury function. You will be managing a team of two accountants, and reporting in to the FD. You must be a confident and articulate individual, as the role involves constant interaction with the various businesses at all levels.
