DC Administration Investment Processing Lead Analyst
A new role now exists within this global leading employer, providing an exciting and challenging opportunity for a DC Administration Investment Processing Lead Analyst to join there Epsom based offices.
As the successful candidate you will be responsible for the daily operations management of the Investment Processing Team (IPT) and co-ordination between IPT and the Offshore Investment Processing Team (OIPT) and Client Administration Teams.
In addition you will model excellent project management and leadership skills by making timely decisions, dealing effectively with ambiguous and complex business problems and ensuring that all investment transactions for Defined Contribution (DC) clients are completed in accordance with agreed service levels.
Proven experience of administering money purchase pension schemes with experience of working within a benefits delivery, financial services or consulting environment is essential. Candidates will posses excellent communication skills and experience of coaching and team leadership.
Ideally educated to degree level and / or professional qualifications (current studies towards QPA or PMI are advantageous). Experience of Lotus Notes, Word and Intermediate Excel required, knowledge of Profound administration system is also an advantage.
Salary: £22000 - £26000 per annum + excellent benefits
