Property Research Analyst
The Company
One of Irelands leading banking and life assurance companies, with a successful track record in commercial property investment, is expanding its product offering. As a result, a separate wealth management division is being created to acquire and syndicate commercial property investments across Europe on behalf of high net worth clients.
The Role
The Job: Reporting to the Head of Investment Strategy, this role involves the analysis of global commercial property markets, highlighting major trends and the production of written reports. Key responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to: ·Reviewing and analysing major global property markets ·Providing research support to the Property Team ·Producing written reports on global property markets ·Contributing to the development of our property offering ·Managing internal databases The Person: The successful candidate will possess the following skills and competencies: ·Proven experience in a relevant environment (e.g. commercial real estate agent, investment manager, developer etc.) ·Degree or equivalent qualification in a property related discipline ·A solid understanding of property market fundamentals ·Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines ·Accuracy and attention to detail ·Good team player ·Drive and enthusiasm is fundamental ·Good verbal and written communication skills are essential
