An opportunity has come available for an M&E Operations Engineer (Maintenance) to come and join a well established Building Services contractor who has an annual turnover of around GBP 170 million.
The M&E Operations Engineer's main duties will be to assist in facilitation of estates activities on site, undertaking the functional, technical and management (including P&L/commercial) aspects of the contract. This involves all planned/ reactive maintenance and forward capital maintenance. To provide a customer focused cost effective and efficient estate management service to internal and external customers.
