Trainee IT Recruiter- Luxury Offices overlooking the City

Based in offices overlooking the Thames in the heart of the City, a leading international recruitment services organisation are actively seeking 2 Business savvy and sales orientated graduates to join a team of highly successful permanent recruitment consultants dealing with a number of some of the worlds largest brands including Virgin, HSBC, Lloyds TSB, Samsung and Google.
On a daily basis you will be sourcing and interviewing candidates, making cold calls and business development calls to maintain existing clients as well as develop new business, matching appropriate candidates to relevant job opportunities and managing your own 'patch' of the business. This is a fantastic opportunity to undergo one of the industries most robust training programmes, and work for a company that is dedicated to the development and growth of their people as well as working for a company set to become the main player in the market place of IT recruitment.
As a consultant you will also have an influence on the planning and infrastructure behind some of the worlds most successful blue chip organisations. Targeting the higher end of the market, you will be working on mid to senior level positions with candidates ranging from Business analysts, senior developers and project managers. You will be working on a combination of contingency and retained assignments, with candidates salaries starting around 60K and regularly moving in to the 120k upwards bracket.
In order to be successful within this role you will need to have a strong degree with at least 12 months commercial experience. In addition you must be a Business savvy graduate with a flair for sales. You will be confident, articulate, intelligent with an 'out of the box' approach to business and sales. As well as this you will be target driven with the ambition to forge a successful career in recruitment.
