An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a market leader in the Technology sales recruitment sector. Woking within a busy team based in a central London - you will provide administrative support to the Perms Consultant and work closely with candidates and clients alike. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to launch their career in IT recruitment, with the realistic earning potential of 35K within your first year!
On joining you will initially be put through their training academy where you will learn all aspects of Recruitment - from Generating new business, presenting to companies, pitching new clients and candidates, negotiating fees and closing deals, before working alongside a team of top billing consultants as a fully fledged recruiter. With a team-based ethos & rewards, their consultants work closely together to place candidates into roles and maximise their earning potential.
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant you should be a motivated and ambitious graduate to join this organisation. Your communication skills are key for this role as you will be dealing with high profile clients both on the phone and face to face. You must have some previous sales experience as well as a desire and drive to succeed within a Recruitment environment.
If successful you will have the opportunity of working for a highly progressive Company with an excellent training and a commission package and the realistic earning potential of 35k in your first year. Based in high story offices with views across London, you will be given excellent training on all areas of recruitment, whilst working with some of the biggest names in the Technology and IT market.
