Due to expansion plans, a unique opportunity has arisen within a new and highly successful IT and Finance recruitment consultancy based in Canary Wharf. Established in 1999 with 100% year on year growth they are currently looking for 2 sales focused and switched on graduates to join their rapidly expanding IT recruitment team.
As Trainee head-hunter you will be working with a select client base towards sourcing and supplying the best talent from Project Managers, Developers and Business Analysts. On training, you will be taught how to map out companies, talent spot individuals, target and attract the right candidates and win retained assignments plus much more!
In order to succeed within this company you be of graduate caliber with the ambition to succeed within the recruitment sector. Ideally you will have had at least 6 months sales exposure or offer commercial experience in a competitive environment. Moreover you will offer bags of enthusiasm, energy and drive and be keen to make your mark with one of the leading players in their sector. The opportunity to reach manager positions is an immediate possibility for those who possess the desire to succeed in sales.
If successful you have the realistic opportunity to take home a 40K salary inside your first year.
