£17-24k Base £25- 45k OTE plus bens
Are you a recent Graduate with or without post graduate sales experience? If the answer is yes and you are committed to developing a professional sales career then Certus Sales has opportunities for you. We are currently recruiting graduate sales roles for a number of well known companies within industries including publishing, media advertising, telecommunications, capital equipment and the ever growing recruitment sector. Whilst the exact nature of the roles vary, all are new business focussed and require individuals who are highly motivated, activity focussed and who recognise that success in sales relates purely to energy invested.
Applications are sought from candidates who are serious about moving into sales as a genuine career choice. You will need to understand that in a highly competitive market success is only obtained through being able to create impact and make a difference. Some sales experience would be beneficial however more important is your ability to demonstrate you have the desire and will to be successful. You will be competitive by nature and will most likely be able to demonstrate some form of previous achievement within the sporting or academic field. You will be naturally skilled in communication and persuasion and will react positively in a pressured environment.
All our clients are highly respected within their respective industries and have many years experience in training & developing ambitious individuals wishing to pursue a career in sales. Starting salaries vary dependent upon your chosen industry sector but you can expect first year earnings in the 25-45k region with additional incentives and benefits.
