Graduate Trainee Recruitment consultant

As a trainee consultant you will receive industry leading training and development where you will learn everything about recruitment and business to business sales. An average day will include interviewing candidates, meeting clients, generating new business and closing deals. Industry experience is not essential as the ideal candidate will be given all the tools necessary to catapult from trainee consultant to senior consultant in a very short period. There is no limit to how quickly you can progress to the highest level as promotion is purely on ability and results, what is more important is personality and the capacity to grasp new concepts quickly.
