Graduate IT Recruitment Consultant- Canary Wharf
Established in 1999 and having rapidly grown into one of the UK's leading IT recruitment consultancies, there is an opportunity for 2 sales focused graduates to work out of their high spec offices based in London's Canary Wharf. Within this position you will have the opportunity to meet a wide range of professionals on a day to day basis and have the realistic earning potential of 40K within your first year!
The job will provide training, which in the first 2 weeks will involve an induction learning all aspects of recruitment, ranging from advertising to screening candidates, to generating new business and closing deals. Once you have completed the training, you will have the chance to work on a range of assignments while shadowing and learning from some of the companies' top billing consultants.
To be successful you will be a sales focused graduate with at least 6 months business to business sales background. In addition you will possess strong communication skills, be confident, personable, ambitious and be able to think outside of the box!
