Job Title: Desktop Support Analyst
Desktop Support Analyst required to work 35hrs per week providing a comprehensive service dealing with all IT related incidents, problems and service requests. The role is based within the London office, Monday ? Friday between 10am ? 6pm, however you will need to be flexible.
As the Desktop Support Analyst you will be required to accurately record and log calls and take complete ownership from escalation to resolution making sure the call is deal with in an effective and efficient manner.
The company, a leading global law firm are looking for someone who can compliment the current team who support all the firms Microsoft and Legal applications. You will need to be a strong user of Office 2003/XP and possess good Active Directory administration abilities. You will need to come from a Legal background as this role involves supporting legal applications such as DocsOpen, Carpe Diem and iManage.
Salary: £28000 - £33000 per annum + Holiday + Pension + Package
