Client Relations Manager
Do you advanced knowledge of Interaction or another recoginised contact information/CRM database? Our client, one of the top Magic Circle law firms is seeking to recruit an individual with these skills to join one of their leading practice areas to assist with the rollout of a new global system. It is essential that you have in depth knowledge of a contact management system inlcuding data cleansing, synchronisation, administering protocols and assisting with user training. Other responsibilities will include:
- facilitate group mailing lists and mailshorts including event invitations, client briefings etc;
- ensure the CRM system is compliant with relevant policies/protocols;
- produce/develop standard and bespoke searches and reports;
- troubleshooting and ongoing mainentance of the database.
In addition you will have prior supervisory/management experience, with proven skills in monitoring work performance, team/individual development and training.
Ideally you will have experience in a legal or other similar professional services environment, a solid academic background and excellent IT skills - particularly you must have experience in managing the migration of data from one database to another, as well as writing procedures and protocols. You will be a proven leader, with outstanding communication skills and the ability to encourage and develop others. You will be self-motivated, able to deal professionally and calmly with conflicting priorities and deadlines.
