Salary & Location
Project & Site Managers required in the North West, south Yorkshire and Lincolnshire area for work commencing in January & February 2008. Projects will involve the new build and fit-out of supermarkets, projects valued up to a maximum of £25 million. Projects & Site Managers will be paid between £20-£26 p/h dependant on experience and role. Projects will last between 3-9 months.
Role Description
The Project & Site Managers will be working together on various new build projects from ground works through to the fit-out aspects of the project. They will be expected to liaise with the client and subcontractors to ensure all deadlines and programmes of work are adhered to.
Health & safety is of vital importance within this role and the Project & Site Managers are expected to be fully competent in all CDM & safety regulations.
Required Experience
Project & Site Managers are expected to have a CSCS card, SMSTS Health & Safety and a 4 Day First Aid certificate.
Experience of working on new build & fit-out retail projects is essential.
