Salary and Location
£24,000 - £28,000 + car or allowance + benefits. Based East London.
Role Description
The Civil Site Engineer will be working on various heavy civil projects, including;
- Drainage
- Earthworks
- Piling
- Structural steelwork
- Reinforced concrete works
The Civil Site Engineer will be responsible for reading designs, setting out, diary management and the completion of health and safety documentation. Reporting to the Site Manager, the Civil Site Engineer will assist and monitor the trainee engineers and sub contractors on site. The Civil Site Engineer must have excellent communication skills, as the position will include liaising with senior management and the client.
Required Experience
HNC or HND in Civil Engineering is required. Experience in piling and reinforced concrete works is favourable, but any sector of heavy civil engineering would be considered. The Civil Site Engineer must have experience in setting out, man management and diary management.
