Teaching Assistant with Autistic experience
A primary school in the Homerton area is looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant to support an Autistic pupil.
You will be assisting the teacher with the pupil in the class and also in one-to-one sessions.
Experience of working with children with Autism is essential.
You will be supported by the class teacher and the SENCO but will need to bring your own skills and experience to the role and be able to form a good attachment with the pupil.
A current CRB check is preferable to speed up the registration process for a January start.
