Correspondence Officers with high level English Language-
Correspondence Officers are required for a large Government Institution based in Central London, working Office Hours: Mon - Fri, 9-5.30pm. This is an temporary role - two to three months minimum. Payrate: from £9.50 payrate is based on attendance and performance. Applicants must be available for an assessment/interview on Wednesday 12th December
This large Government Institution requires a number of Graduate Correspondence/ Contact Centre Officers with a strong command of the English language & experience of contact centre, customer services and drafting responses to email correspondence.
The role involves drafting succinct & timely responses to letters from the general public, on behalf of Ministers for Members of Parliament, extracting and investigating information, editing and proof reading documents.
Skills & Experience:
- Excellent English Language & written communication skills required.
- Experience of Letter drafting or Editing,
- An English Language degree or to an equivalent level.
- Must have previous Administration experience.
- Must have Telephone based customer service experience.
Assessment workshops are being held in the afternoon of 12 Dec 2007. All successful applicants must pass these tests to a high level in order to be considered for these positions. Assessments will include: Spelling, Grammar, Word Comprehension, plus a letter drafting exercise.
