Head of Business Systems / IT Director - Church Crookham.
Lead and Manage Business Systems for the exclusive Vertu Mobile phone brand, part of the Nokia group. This role would be the equivalent of an IT Director's role within a medium size Business.
The role with primarily involve management of projects/programmes providing business infrastructure solutions and services including planning and management of program/project deliverables, costs, schedules and milestones and ensuring project/program delivered whilst meeting technical, quality, cost and timescale targets.
Collaborates with Nokia BI for the delivery of business infrastructure solutions and services (internal &/or external). Ensures quality of business infrastructure service and support delivered.
Remit includes: Product Data Management, Business and General Management, Process Management and Development, Program and Project Management, Supplier Management and Collaboration, Data Centre Operations, ICT System Design, IT Advancement, Network Operations, Solution Management, Testing, User Care, Application Support, Architectural Design, Service Management, Solution Concept Design, Finance. Accounting & Business Reporting, Communications, Administration and Support, Quality Management & Engineering, Business Planning and Reporting, Business Control. Evaluate current business systems and define our business systems roadmap for the future. Deliver projects within IT Improvement, for example involvement in CRM, SAP changes.
Experience of Telecoms is not essential, but experience of a luxury / exclusive company would be beneficial.
