SAS Programmer - Basel II
SAS programmer to work for a leading financial service client. Work closely to ensure compliance to Basel II reporting requirements as defined by GCBC.
Basel II - Preparation of monthly UK Risk data and loading into GCBC consolidator.·
Basel II - Resolution of data integrity issues.
Basel II - Resolution of BET (Basel Exception Triggers).
Assist with production and resolution of regular MI reports where necessary.
Key Competencies
Knowledge/Experience:
Minimum 4 years SAS programming experience.·
Demonstrable ability in any Basel II extraction, load and integrity resolution.·BI server knowledge would be an advantage.
Proven data resolution skills.
SAS v9.1 Base, Macros (advance understanding).
SAS v9.1 (UNIX) Base/Connect/Access to Oracle.
SAS BI Server would be desirable but not essential.
Note: This role is not statistical and does not involve any model building.As SAS and in particular, advance macro understanding, is critical to the role, there will be a test at first interview.
