Our client are a growing small-mid sized law firm based in the City, they have a superb reputation for looking after their staff.
The position is providing support to a busy and down to earth Partner and her Commercial Property team (up to 2), the role will include:-
Preparing commercial property documents via copy and audio typing
Diary management
Client liaison, via email, telephone, fax and face to face
Amending and editing long documents
Working to deadlines
Producing own correspondence
File management and email management
Managing conflicting workloads
To be considered for this position you will need:-
-Solid commercial property experience ideally within a London based firm
-Experience of working with property forms
-Confidence when dealing with high profile clients
-Fast accurate keyboard skills 65wpm + (audio and copy)
-Happy to amend and edit long documents
-Advanced level word (track changes etc)
-To be a team player happy to 'muck in'

Salary: £30000 - £31000 per annum
