Maintenance Supervisor
A renowned building services maintenance provider is currently seeking to recruit a permanent maintenance supervisor to be based at a very prestigious site in Sutton in Surrey. Responsible for a 4 man multi skilled team of engineers the successful candidate will assist the on site contracts manager with the day to day operation and management of site and services. The supervisor must hold at least City & Guilds qualifications and can either be electrically or mechanically biased and should have previous HVAC maintenance experience. Candidates should also have previous supervisory experience and to have good team management and client liaison skills. This is an excellent opportunity to join a very progressive company on one of their prestigious contracts working entirely out of Central London. Salary £31,000 to £32,000
