Legal Administrator
This position is on a temp - perm basis for the right candidate.
Working for client based in Algate, 5 min walk from the station.
3 Solicitors work there (3 brothers), they need 2 receptionists. They will be answering the phones, filing, computer system filing, transferring calls, typing some letters (In English).
Applicants must be well mannered and well spoken.
Dress Code ? Traditional Indian dress would be preferable, but this is not a must, smart / casual is good, not suited.
Company deals with immigration law.
Candidates must speak passable urdu and Punjab, but excellent English.
Candidates need no office experience, but a little would be preferable.
Interviews will be done over the phone in first case scenario, then face to face meeting.
