Fantastic Reception Role!!


Want to work to a well established company as a receptionist? Well here is a fantastic opportunity for someone with receptionist experience and are seeking a new challenge .

The principle of this role is for the Receptionist to provide a helpful and efficient service to both telephone callers and visitors to the site.

?You need to have least three years experience of working on a busy reception with large volume of call traffic and client appointments.

?The individual should be conscientious and willing providing a service to both clients and staff.

?Trained on modern telephone systems

?Educated to at least A' level standard.

Duties are:

?To take all incoming telephone calls with no undue delay and in a courteous and helpful manner.

?To meet and greet all visitors to the firm in a friendly and helpful manner

?To open the post and distribute it once it has been checked into the relevant fee earner pigeonholes.

?To collate the outgoing post and take it to the post office.

?General office administration duties such as sending out of faxes, photocopying, filing, preparation of job application packs and other duties as required.

?Use the diary system to book the boardroom and meeting room.

?Use the AIM database to look up clients if post arrives without a reference so that it can be sent to the correct fee earner/department.

?General ad hoc duties, as required by the firm, to ensure the smooth running of the firm and the service provided to fee earners and staff.
