A new position for a static fabric technician has recently opened, working at a very prestigious and well known site in the London area. Our client is seeking a vibrant and enthusiastic candidate who has a good base knowledge of various skills including plastering, hanging doors, installing locks, painting and decorating, tiling, basic electrical maintenance (lamping and fuse changing), vinyl laying and easing and adjusting windows. Ideally the candidate would of worked in the commercial sector and have a knowledge of work carried out on site either working to a PPM schedule or reactive maintenance.

Monday to Friday, 20 days paid holiday, pension scheme and a very competitive salary.
Salary: £21000.00 - £23000.00 per annum
