Growing at an immense 120% consecutively over the last three years, my client is an established player within the lucrative business continuity market place.
Based out of impressive offices in Canary Wharf my client has a global reach, with offices and data centres in Hong Kong, US and Europe. Providing bespoke business continuity solutions, my client offers 24/7 technical support to clients such as Sony, Warner Bros, Siemens and JP Morgan.
Due to the organic growth of this privately owned company there is immediately a vacancy for an individual who has the capacity and experience in motivating and building a telesales team. The current team consists of three with head count to increase to ten over the forthcoming months. Selling bespoke IT security, storage, hosting, networking, and manage services solutions. As the ideal candidate you will have a minimum of three years telesales experience within a solution lead IT sales environment and a minimum of one year hands on management experience leading from the front.
My client is looking for an individual with the charisma, gravitas and motivational skills along with industry experience to grow an existing team.
