An opportunity for an Electrical Project Manager has arisen to join one of the largest Mechanical and Electrical services contractors operating within the London and South East region.
The role will be site based on various Projects in London and can cover various New Build and Refurb Projects in the following sectors: Retail, Education, Research and Healthcare, Hotels & Leisure, Public and Commercial
The successful candidate will be experienced in managing all aspects of a number of small (1m - 2m pound) M & E Projects, from award to completion and handover, including Final Account agreement
