Facilities Manager
This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a well established company based in Wimbledon.
Main duties:
Day to day management and maintenance of the building, services and facilities.
Liaising with onsite contract staff e.g. Security, Cleaning, Maintenance and Caterers.
Management of the Contract budget.
Liaising with visiting contractors.
Conducting regular performance meetings with Client Facilities Manger and the Internal Operations Manager.
Producing performance records.
Promoting best practice at all times.
Updating H&S records and reports with site audits.
Management of H& S, First Aid Books, Statutory Requirements.
Delivery of H&S initiatives.
Promotion of H&S awareness and best practice.
Liaison with Emergency Services as required.
Implementing and monitoring safe, clean and clutter free initiatives.
Update the team with legislative compliance via bulletins.
Management of day to day H&S issues (site specific Risk Assessments, Method Statements etc.)
Management of site notice boards containing internal info i.e. Statuary Notices, Policy posters, electric shock notices, insurance docs, schematic drawing etc.
Management of Access, Plant and Machinery i.e. hazards on the site marked, ladder inspections, and log up date.
