BANKING & FINANCE LITIGATION - LEGAL EXEC / PARALEGA
Our client is a respected and established law firm with Legal 500 recognition. They are looking for an experienced legal executive or paralegal to join their Watford office\'s banking & finance litigation team, where you will be be responsible, with appropriate supervision, for the overall conduct of your own volume of unsecured debt recovery, asset finance recovery and mortgage repossession files.
You will need excellent communication skills along with a keen eye for detail when checking client papers, requesting further information and advising on court procedure as appropriate. You will liaise with clients, debtors, hirers and borrowers, solicitors/legal advisers and third parties by telephone and written correspondence.
You will have the opportunity to attend meetings and hearings as required in the County Court and High Court at the request of the team leader. You will also advise clients on strategy in relation to unsecured debt recovery, asset finance recovery and mortgage repossession.
To take advantage of this fantastic opportunity the successful candidate will have previous experience of dealing with litigation and in particular, recovery cases.
