Pensions Team Leader, Manchester
A new role now exists within this leading Pensions/Employee Benefits consultancy for a Pensions Team Leader.
Supervising approximately five Pension Administrators, you will be responsible for ensuring the administration of client pension schemes is carried out in accordance with contracts to the required standards and deadlines.
Additionally, you will be carry out pensions administration tasks and calculations together with drafting complex papers and reports, checking and signing others work, dealing with non-standard client/member queries, assisting in the recruitment and training of team members, the management of portfolio of clients Conduct staff appraisals and ensure appropriate controls and authority levels are in place and adhered to in accordance with national management guidelines
Possessing substantial experience within a similar role together with in-depth knowledge of pension administration, it is essential that you are aware and up to date with the appropriate legislation and any impact on the business.
