We are working with one of the leading UK providers of employee benefits, flexible benefits and actuarial consultancy services. This City based consultancy provides these specialist services to large corporate clients with the aim of helping them to achieve business goals through employee retention and happiness. They are seeking an Account Director to lead on and deliver a full employee benefits consultancy service to assigned clients, to oversee and be integral in the growth of business and proactively promote the companies services. Working closely with your clients you will produce and develop employee benefit and pensions offerings, and ensure that the delivery of this plan is second to none.
We are seeking a high calibre candidate who has a proven track record in the management of client relationships within employee benefits and the pensions sector. You must have excellent commercial awareness teamed with strong influencing skills and the ability to communicate clearly with a wide range of clients. Applicants must have previously held an FSA registered position (full FPC or equivalent) and ideally we would like a candidate with a strong pensions background, supported by G60 with a good knowledge of GPP's and Stakeholder pension plans. This is an exciting position in which the right candidate will be able to develop to the highest level.
