Contract Manager (Up and Coming)
Our Client is an up-and-coming, privately owned maintenance contractor based in Slough.
They now seek an ambitious Contract Manager to manage M&E Maintenance Contracts in West London consisting predominantly of mobile sites.
Once acquainted with the role, candidates will be expected to manage all operational, commercial and financial duties (Direct report and Sub-Contractor Management, PPMs, Client Liaison, Project Management, W.I.P, Profit and Loss and Identifying Additional Works/Contract Improvements).
Candidates will have previously worked within the Building Services Industry as an Engineer and will currently be working as a Supervisor or Junior Manager.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make the next step up into Contract Management, it comes with a salary up to £38k plus a car/car allowance and benefits package.
