Project Secretary
Our client, a construction company, are looking for Project Secretary to join their lively team at Heathrow. You will be required to handle a varied workload and need to be available for an URGENT start. Paying £11 per hour plus accruing holiday pay, this role is an ongoing temporary role.
Duties will vary from:
Handling telephone calls and relaying messages
Ordering office supplies
Diary management
Document control of project documentation
Meeting minutes
Keeping accurate correspondence log and structure
General team support and admin
You will be a professional and approachable point of contact for the project with a fantastic telephone manner and preferably around 2 years experience. You need enthusiasm and confidence, with intermediate Microsoft packages and a good typing speed. Great team spirit is essential!!
