PROJECT MANAGER ? RETAIL FIT OUT ? MIDLANDS - £55k - £60k package
The Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project Manager or Site Manager looking to step up.
As Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the management of the programme to time and budget. The Project Manager will also liaise with the office on a regular basis and take responsibility for management of costs.
The Project Manager will also be in charge of two sites at any one time with the value of each project being between £300k - £500k.
The Company:
Our client is one of the UK's leading manufacturers of bespoke interiors and display equipment for retail and financial outlets. They employ approximately 350 people and 25 years of experience in the manufacture of bespoke furniture and fittings makes them specialists in turning concepts into reality, whatever the requirements.
The company is privately owned and have achieved phenomenal growth over the last 4 years and will be looking to turn over £50million in 2008.
Major clients include Marks & Spencer, Debenhams, McDonalds, Nationwide, Carphone Warehouse and Selfridges.
The Individual:
As Project Manager you will ideally come from a joinery or office drawing background. Experience of hands on site experience and managing people is essential and as Project Manager you will be expected to have a CSCS card, 5 Day Health & Safety and 4 Day First Aid qualifications.
