Estates Manager


Job Title: Estate Manager

The Role: Working on a multi site Hospital PFI. This role is to manage the entire project ensuring that all the SLA's are being met as well as the KPI's. You will be reporting directly to the board on qualitative issues, Partnering Forum, Risk Committee etc. You will be the main contact for the Service providers and the Board on all issues. You will also be responsible for the Planning, Co-ordination and Management of Service Delivery on the site. You will need to develop the policies and procedures including health and safety, environmental, records management etc are all compliant to legislation. You will also be responsible for the reviewing the ongoing performance levels from data/reports produced by the Facilities Management Monitoring/Quality Assurance system. As the head of department we are looking for someone who can mentor and develop their team. You will also being responsible of the Help desk and ensuring that all the requests are dealt with.

The person: You need to be a confident Facilities Manager who has a consultative approach with clients and their needs. You must also a good problem solver. The culture of this company is that if you can, do therefore the right candidate needs to be adaptable to any situations. Working on a similar size PFI (£200m) will be beneficial. You must be at management level and able to lead a team and a project. Someone who can handle pressure very important for this role.
