With global operations expanding, and new clients desiring their service, there is the need for Consultants and Senior Consultants to add depth and knowledge to the highly regarded firm. With their consulting and strategic advice services spanning a wide range of disciplines, you will be responsible for corporate and commercial strategy where you will identify, develop, evaluate and implement growth strategies for clients: involving the expansion into new digital sectors; entering new geographies; extending capabilities; or revitalising marketing plans.
Services also include the provision of independent analysis and opinions on the value of digital organisations at various stages of development for private equity investors, trade investors, IPOs and public funding reviews. From comprehensive business plans and synergy valuation models, you will carry out strategic and commercial due diligence to support transactions.
Advisory services offered by our client are not limited to the financial: they advise governments, regulators and commercial organisations on the creation and evolution of public policy and regulation across the media and telecoms sectors.
